IPTVStreaming

What I do here

I run day-to-day operations at IPTV Streaming — uptime monitoring, vendor relationships, support workflows, and the technical playbooks that sit behind every device guide on this site. If a customer ticket touches a router setting, a codec mismatch, or an EPG that won't load, it ends up on my desk.

Background

I started in CDN engineering in 2017, worked on live-stream delivery for a sports-rights aggregator from 2019, and moved into IPTV operations full time in 2022. I have shipped player integrations on Fire TV, Apple tvOS, Android TV, Tizen and webOS, and I have written more "why is my buffer wheel spinning" runbooks than I care to count.

What I write about

How IPTV actually works under the hood, what breaks (and why most of the time it isn't the provider), and how to set up a stream on whatever device the customer happens to own. Every guide on this site is fact-checked against real support tickets and bench tests we run on the devices we recommend.

How we test

We keep a permanent device shelf — Fire TV Stick 4K Max, Apple TV 4K (3rd gen), Shield TV Pro, an LG C2 with webOS 22, a 2023 Samsung Tizen set, two Android boxes, an iPhone 13, a Pixel 8 — and a controlled-bandwidth router so we can simulate 6 Mbps, 25 Mbps and 100 Mbps lines. Every claim on the device pages was reproduced on that hardware before publication.

Editorial policy

I do not get paid by hardware manufacturers, app developers, or upstream providers for recommendations. When something on this site is wrong, the right move is to email me at the address above. We update the page with a "corrected on [date]" note rather than quietly rewriting it.
