Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account data: email address, and a country derived from your IP address (used to confirm regional channel coverage).
• Payment data: handled by our payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Coinbase). We receive a transaction ID and the last four digits of your card — never the full PAN or CVV.
• Support data: messages you send us via email or WhatsApp, and screenshots you choose to share.
• Usage data: anonymised playback logs (connection time, stream type) used for capacity planning and abuse detection. No content or watch history is tied to your identity.

2. Why we collect it

To deliver the service you paid for, to provide support, to detect credential sharing and fraud, and to comply with our legal obligations. That's it.

3. Who we share it with

• Payment processors — Stripe, PayPal, Coinbase — to charge you.
• Email provider — to send your credentials and support replies.
• Hosting & CDN providers — to deliver streams reliably.

We do not sell, rent or trade your data with advertisers, brokers or any third party not listed above.

4. How long we keep it

Account and billing records: 7 years (tax requirement). Anonymised playback logs: 90 days. Support emails: 24 months. Anything else: deleted when no longer needed.

5. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@iptvstreaming.pro. We respond within 30 days. If you are an EU/UK resident you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

6. Cookies

This site uses only essential cookies required to remember your session and preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Security

Data is transmitted over TLS 1.2+ and stored encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis.
