Digital Millennium Copyright Act compliance policy, complaint process, counter-notification details, and response commitment for IPTV Streaming.
Copyright protection policy
IPTV Streaming (iptvstreaming.pro) respects intellectual property rights and complies with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We take copyright infringement seriously and respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright violations. For rights holders outside the United States, we apply the same procedure as a matter of policy, in addition to any local equivalent (for example, the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, or the EU Copyright Directive 2019/790).
As outlined in our Disclaimer, IPTV Streaming does not host, store or transmit the underlying channels or VOD titles itself; we resell credentials issued by upstream IPTV providers. Where a valid DMCA notice identifies specific material, we forward the notice to the relevant upstream provider for action and confirm that action back to the notifier.
Important
To help us review your request quickly, include clear and complete information in your notice. Missing items delay processing.
How do I file a DMCA takedown notice?
To submit a valid DMCA takedown notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), please include all of the following:
Your contact details
- Your full legal name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Physical mailing address
Description of the copyrighted work
- Identify the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
- Describe the material clearly enough for us to understand your claim
- Include evidence of ownership (registration number, original publication URL, or written authorisation if you are an agent)
Location of the alleged infringing material
- Provide the exact URL, channel name, content title or other identifier
- Where possible, attach screenshots or timestamps
- Note that we do not host the streams themselves — we resell credentials from upstream providers — so the more specifically you identify the channel or VOD title, the faster the upstream provider can act
Required legal statements
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature

False claims warning
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing — or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification — may be subject to liability for damages, costs and attorneys’ fees incurred by the alleged infringer, the copyright owner or its authorised licensee, or by the service provider.
Warning
We recommend consulting legal counsel before submitting a DMCA complaint if you are unsure whether the material is infringing.
How do I file a counter-notification?
If you believe content was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g) to the same contact email address. After receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless we receive notice that the complainant has filed an action seeking a court order against you.
Counter-notice must include
- Your name, address, phone number and email address
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and the location at which it appeared
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in the territory in which you reside, and to accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice
- Your physical or electronic signature
