Refund Policy

The promise, in one paragraph

Email refunds@iptvstreaming.pro within 14 calendar days of your purchase from the email address you used to buy, include your order ID, and we refund every cent to your original payment method within 3 business days. You do not have to give a reason.

Eligibility

• The refund request must arrive within 14 days of the original purchase timestamp.
• One refund per household; subsequent purchases on the same household are non-refundable.
• Promotional credit, gift codes and add-on connections are non-refundable.

How long it takes

• Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex): 3 business days on our side. Your bank typically takes 1–5 additional business days to display the credit.
• PayPal: usually instant, never longer than 24 hours.
• Crypto (Coinbase): refunded as the equivalent USD value at the moment of refund, sent to the wallet address you provide.

What happens to your access

Your IPTV credentials are deactivated at the moment we process the refund. You will not be charged anything else.

If something goes wrong

If you have not received your refund within 7 business days of our confirmation email, reply to that confirmation with your bank statement showing no credit. We will trace the transaction with the processor and either reissue or escalate. We have never failed to honour a refund.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first — we are almost always faster than a chargeback. Chargebacks raised without first emailing us may be contested with the original delivery email and access logs.
